How do I track my order ?

You can track your order through our website with your tracking number by visiting the Track your Order page.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You can track the status of your order by using that number and your email address.

How can I cancel or change my order ?

You cannot cancel or change your order. You will only get a refund if your order is not arrived as expected. You will also get a refund if you receive a broken item.

How can I return a product

If you happen to get a product that doesn’t meet our quality standards or has a defect, please let us know within 14 days. We’re here to help and will work quickly to resolve the issue. Once we receive the product in its original packaging, we’ll process your refund promptly. Your satisfaction is our top concern.

If your product is not what we advertised, you will get a refund. If you wish to return your product for some reason please contact support@gadgetstage.com.
