How do I track my order ?

You can track your order through our website with your tracking number by visiting the Track your Order page.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. You can track the status of your order by using that number and your email address.

How can I cancel or change my order ?

You cannot cancel or change your order. You will only get a refund if your order is not arrived as expected. You will also get a refund if you receive a broken item.

How can I return a product

If your product is not what we advertised, you will get a refund. If you wish to return your product for some reason please contact support@gadgetstage.com. We usually reply back very fast 🙂

How long will it take to get my package ?

It depends on where you are located.

We are currently using different shipping methods for our products. In most cases your product should arrive between 10-20 days. Maybe less.
